TransferWise payout method doesn’t require the simulated traders to sign an agreement.

You cannot use Wise/TransferWise to send money to business bank accounts in:

-How do i get my funded login credentials?

Once your ‘Know Your Customer (KYC)’ documents have been provided, your funded account will be created, funded and your account details issued to you typically within 72 hours, although this may take longer in some circumstances.
